The Heavener city government is overseen by the Heavener City Council and the Heavener Utilities Authority.

The Council meets the first and third Thursday of the month in the City Hall at 103 East Avenue B. The HUA meets the third Thursday of the month before the Council meeting at 6 p.m.

The current city officials are:

Mayor: Billy Adrean

City Manager: Joey Clubb

City Clerk: Amy Osborne

City Council members are Marvin Meredith and Jim Roll

HUA members include the mayor and Council members along with Peggy Persons, Alan Vickers, and Craig Olive.

Heavener’s police chief is Larry Loomis. In case of emergency, dial 911.

Heavener’s fire chief is Tim Davis. In case of emergency, dial 911.
